BIIBC Under 18s Medal Winners

Officers of Welsh Indoor Bowls Congratulate Team Manager Roger Harvey and his two coaches Amy Williams and Allyson Lawrence for the hard work they put in to preparing the teams for the BIIBC Championships.

 

The twelve players lead by Captain Billy Flynn from Port Talbot gave 100% in all matches played at the championships and were well supported by the coaching team and a large  and sometimes noisy crowd of Welsh supporters.

 

President Nigel Williams, who bowled every wood with our young bowlers said he was immensely proud of the group as a whole who after a slow start on Friday afternoon had picked themselves up and performed brilliantly for the remainder of the weekend, the three medals were well deserved and showed that we have the talent to compete and beat the best.
